Concert to legalize abortion

I was sent to photograph an outdoor concert to legalize abortion. I hadn't shot many outdoor night events before, so I spent the day practicing and messing with DIY flash bouncers.

It was actually a half-protest and half-concert, with celebrities, journalists, politicians, and women's rights activists making fiery, passionate speeches on stage. I tried to identify the important people but after 20 or so, I lost track. So I took a picture of every single speaker. I also ran into the photographer which I had saved at the previous event. We ended up having almost the same photo published in our respective publications.
